The Associated Broadcasting Company (TV5) is a television network in the Philippines, with main broadcast facilities and transmitter located at 762 Quirino Highway, San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City. The network was previously known as the Associated Broadcasting Company, which remains the legal name of the network. It is the third-oldest television network in the country and owned by MediaQuest Holdings, Inc., which is a fully-owned subsidiary of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company headed by businessman Manuel V. Pangilinan.



Its main TV stations DWET-TV, DWNB-TV (AksyonTV) and DWDZ-TV (digital) in Metro Manila. TV5 also operates radio stations, 106.7 Dream FM and 92.3 News FM in Metro Manila.
