Pacquiao, however, will have to use his power and speed arsenal to the fullest to be able to prevail over former world champion Mosley, he added.
“I think Pacquiao is going to get it…. Mosley is a tough fighter but I see it as speed and offensive for Manny Pacquiao all the way through for a unanimous decision,” Donaire said in an Examiner.com article.
On the other hand, Donaire explained that the experienced Mosley will also have to push himself to the limits to try to beat Pacquiao.
Donaire added that the 39-year-old Mosley will also try to prove himself against criticisms regarding his age.
"Mosley is going to try to do his last hurrah. I think that Mosley, he can still bring it out there. He still has the speed and the power, definitely. But I think that Manny has this incredible speed as well as power,” the World Boxing Council and World Boxing Organization (WBO) bantamweight champion said.
Nevertheless, Donaire expects an exciting match between the fighters.
“That's going to be a hell of a fight,” he said.
Pacquiao (52-3-2) and Mosley (46-6-1) will clash on Saturday (Sunday in Manila) at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Fighter of the Decade’s WBO welterweight crown will be at stake.
